[C34] Stewed Chicken & Pumpkin with Preserved Black Bean
Serving Portion: 2 to 3 persons
 
Method:
1. Heat oil, fry chicken until 80% done. Add shallots & garlic, black bean sauce, fry well. Stir in pumpkin.
2. Add 250ml water and sauce mixture and boil. Then simmer over low heat for 10 minutes with the lid or until pumpkin is soft. (1/2 teaspoon corn starch, 4 teaspoon water)

Ingredients: Pumpkin, Chicken, Black Bean Garlic Sauce, Garlic, Dried shallot, Sugar, Pepper, Chicken powder, Shaoxing wine, Water, Sesame oil, Corn starch
Need ingredients: Sauce mixture: 1/2 teaspoon salt and suger, 150ml water
