[C59] Steam Kamei Chicken with Spice Ginger
Serving Portion: 2 to 3 persons
 
Method:
1. Heat 4 tablespoons oil. Add ginger, shallots, garlic, ginger spicy powder and saute over gently heat.
2. Add Kamei Chicken and fry until 50% done. (Sprinkle in wine if desired.)
3. Add 150ml of water. Cover and simmer for 10 minutes. Add spring onion and pinch of salt. Serve.
