[C98] Braised Curry Kamei chicken with Potatoes
Serving Portion: 2 to 3 persons
 
Method:
1. Heat oil. Saute Kamei chicken.
2. Add and stir-fry onion and potato. Stir in curry powder, sauce mixture and 250ml water. Cover with a lid after boiled and simmer for 15-20 minutes until potato softens. (Pour water if desired). Season and serve.

Ingredients: Kamei chicken, Potatoes, Onion, Curry powder, Shaoxing wine, Suger, Corn starch, Chicken Powder, Ginger, Salt, Oyster sauce, Pepper
Need ingredients: Sauce mixture: 1/2 teaspoon of oyster sauce, 1/2 teaspoon of soy sauce, 1/4 teaspoon of salt, 1/2 teaspoon of sugar
