[C109] Stir-fried Choy Sum with Chicken Fillet

Serving Portion: 2 to 3 persons
 
Method:
1. Heat oil and stir-fry chicken fillet until cooked. Remove. Set aside.
2. Heat oil and saute garlic, carrots and choy sum until soft. Stir-fry with chicken fillet and condiment until cooked. (Add water if desired)

Ingredients: Chicken fillet, Choy sum, Garlic, Carrots, Sugar, Pepper, Chicken powder, Shaoxing wine, Water, Sesame oil, Corn starch
Need ingredients: Condiment: 1/2 teaspoon suger, 1/4 teaspoon salt
