[D02] Thai Sweet & Sour Fish Fillet

Serving Portion: 2 to 3 persons
 
Method:
1. Pan-fry fish fillet in oil until cooked.
2. Heat oil, saute onion, pepper. Add chili, cooked fillet and Thai sweet and spicy sauce.
3. Pour in sauce mixture to stir fry until cooked. Remove from heat. Add
pineapple. Stir it.

Ingredients: White fish fillet, Onion, Pepper, Fresh pineapples, Thai sweet and spicy sauce, Red chili, Sugar, Shaoxing wine, Corn starch, Chicken powder, Salt, Sesame oil, Pepper
Need ingredients: Sauce mixture: 1/2 teaspoon of sugar, 1/2 teaspoon of soy sauce, 1/2 teaspoon of corn starch, 1/4 teaspoon of salt, 25ml of water
