[A17] Stewed Kin Ying Spare Ribs with Bitter Melon in Black Bean Garlic sauce
Serving Portion: 2 to 3 persons
 
Method:
1. Heat oil and saute spare ribs until cooked. Remove and set aside.
2. Heat oil and saute bitter melon chunks until soften. (May sprinkle some water if desired)
3. Add spare ribs, black bean garlic sauce to fry over low heat. Pour in sauce mixture to fry until sauce turns thicken.

Ingredients: Kin Ying spare ribs, Bitter melon, Black bean garlic sauce, Sugar, Pepper, Chicken powder, Shaoxing wine, Water, Sesame oil, Corn starch, Oil
Need ingredients: Sauce mixture: 1 teaspoon of sugar, 50ml of water
