[D46] Jade Melon & Scallop in Soup
Serving Portion: 2 to 3 persons
 
Method:
1. Heat oil, stir-fry scallops. Remove.
2. Boil 500ml water. Add sauce mixture, pumpkins, jade melon and celery to boil at low heat until soft.
3. Season with lily, scallops to boil over low heat until cooked.

Ingredients: Jade Melon, Pumpkin, Scallop, Lily, Celery, Sugar, Shaoxing wine, Corn starch, Chicken powder, Salt, Sesame oil, Pepper
Need ingredients: Sauce mixture: 2 teaspoon of oyster sauce, 1 teaspoon of sugar, 1 teaspoon of soy sauce, 1/2 teaspoon of salt
