Serving Portion: 2 to 3 persons
Method:
1. Blanch pramns. Set aside.
2. Heat oil, saute garlic. Add silk squash, carrots, stir-fry until cooked.
3. Add pramns, sauce mixture and 25ml of water to fry* until cooked. (*1/2 teaspoon of corn starch and 4 teaspoon of water)
Ingredients: Silk Squash, Prawns, Carrots, Garlic, Sugar, Shaoxing wine, Corn starch, Chicken powder, Salt, Sesame oil, Pepper
Need ingredients: Sauce mixture: 1/2 teaspoon of sugar, 1/2 teaspoon of soy sauce, 1 teaspoon of oyster sauce, 1/4 teaspoon of salt, Splash of sesame oil
