[D62] Steam Scallop with Tofu in Black Bean Sauce*
Serving Portion: 2 to 3 persons
1. Cut bean curd horizontally. Then vertically cut it into quarter. Place 8 pieces bean curd on the plant.
2. Put a scallop on each piece of bean curd. Add black bean sauce on it. Steam for 5-6 minutes. Add some chopped green onion.
3. Hear and pour in sauce mixture sauce. Serve.

Ingredients: Pak Fook Bean curd for steaming, Scallop, Black bean sauce, Chopped Green Onion, Sugar, Shaoxing wine, Corn starch, Chicken powder, Salt, Sesame oil, Pepper
Need ingredients: Sauce mixture: 1/2 teaspoon of oyster sauce, 1/2 teaspoon of sugar, 1/2 teaspoon of soy sauce, 1/2 teaspoon of corn starch, 50ml of water
