Serving Portion: 2 to 3 persons
1. Heat oil, pan-fry salmon fillet until two sides golden brown. Place on plate.
2. Heat oil, saute onion until soften. Add in black garlic and green onion to stir fry , place black garlic and green onion on salmon fillet to serve.
