Serving Portion: 2 to 3 persons
1. Heat oil. Saute shallots and onion. Stir in white radish and carrots, mix well.
2. Stir in Hoi Sin sauce garlic and hot bean sauce, mix well.
3. Pour in sauce mixture and 250ml of water, bring to boil and simmer over low heat for 10 minutes. Stir in the rest of vegetables and egg beancurd, cook for 5 minutes more.
3. Add kimchi and heat through. Serve.
