Serving Portion: 2 to 3 persons
Method:
1. Heat oil. Saute garlic and onion. Add other ingredients and stir-fry.
2. Pour in sauce mixture. Cover lid and simmer over low heat until luffa is soft. Serve hot.

Need ingredients: Sauce mixture: 1 teaspoon of oyster sauce, 1 teaspoon of soy sauce, 1/2 teaspoon of sugar, 1/4 teaspoon of salt, 100ml of water
