Serving Portion: 2 to 3 persons
Method:
1. Heat oil and saute garlic, stir-fry with pumpkin.
2. Pour in sauce mixture and 200ml of water. Bring to boil and simmer for 10 minutes over low heat with lid on.
3. Stir in enoki mushrooms to cook for 3 minutes, season with salt.
Ingredients: Pumpkin, Enoki Mushrooms, Garlic
Need ingredients: Sauce mixture: 2 tablespoons of oyster sauce , 1 teaspoon of corn starch, pinch of salt
