[E36] Braised Assorted Mushrooms with Broccoli
Serving Portion: 2 to 3 persons
 
Method:
1. Blanch broccoli and set aside.
2. Heat oil. Saute sliced ginger and garlic. Add and stir fry mushrooms and broccoli until soft.
3. Pour in sauce mixture and 100ml of water to fry until sauce is reduced.

Ingredients: Broccoli, Shiitake mushrooms, Oyster mushrooms, Garlic, Ginger
Need ingredients: Sauce mixture: 1 teapoon of oyster sauce, 1 teaspoon of soy sauce, 1/2 teaspoon of sugar, 1/4 teaspoon of salt, Splash of sesame oil
