[E37] Braised Minced Pork with Hairy Marrow in XO Sauce (Kin Ying Pork)
Serving Portion: 2 to 3 persons
 
Method:
1. Heat oil. Saute hairy marrow. Pour in sauce mixture and 200ml of water to stir fry until hairy marrow is soft and remove on plate.
2. Heat some oil. Stir-fry minced pork.
3. Stir pork with XO sauce. Stir-fry until meaty. Put on cucumber and serve.

Ingredients: Hairy Marrow, Kin Ying minced pork, XO sauce, Garlic, Sugar, Pepper, Chicken Powder, Sesame Oil, Corn starch, Salt, Oil, Water
Need ingredients: Sauce mixture: 1 teapoon of oyster sauce, 1 teaspoon of soy sauce, 1/2 teaspoon of sugar, 1/4 teaspoon of salt
