[E65] Stir-fried Vegetarian Chicken and Courgette with XO Sauce
Serving Portion: 2 to 3 persons
 
Method:
1. Heat oil. Saute garlic and shallot. Stir in courgette to fry until soft.
2. Add and stir fry vegetarian chicken, cloud ear fungus, red chili and XO sauce. Mix well.
3. Pour in sauce mixture to boil until sauce is reduced.

Ingredients: Courgette, Vegetarian Chicken, Cloud ear fungus, Shallot, Garlici, XO sauce, Red chili
Need ingredients: Sauce mixture: 1/2 teaspoon of oyster sauce, 1/2 teaspoon of sugar, 1/2 teaspoon of soy sauce, 1/2 teaspoon of corn starch, 1/4 teaspoon of salt, 100ml of water
