[F17] Assorted Vegetabless & Seafood Soup

Serving Portion: 4 persons
 
Method:
1. Heat oil, sauté onion, add in all vegetables to fry until fragrant.
2. Stir in tomato paste to fry over low heat for 10 minutes. Pour in 1L of water, bring to boil over high heat. Simmer over low heat with lid for 15 minutes.
3. Add seafood and bring to boil
4. Stir in ketch up and seasoning and serve.

Ingredients: Tomatoes, Cabbage, Assorted seafood, Fish fillet, Onion, Carrot, Green pepper, Tomato paste, Ketchup
Need ingredients: Seasoning: 1/2 teaspoon of salt, 1/2 teaspoon of sugar, 1/4 teaspoon of pepper, 1/4 teaspoon of sesame oil
