Serving Portion: 4 persons
1. Blanch Kamei chicken and lean pork. Set aside.
2. Boil 4L of water and add in all ingredients.
3. Bring to boil. Boil over gentle heat for 2-2.5 hours after boiled. Season with salt and serve.
