Method:
1. Heat oil and cut pumpkin into slices.
2. Mix Kin Ying pork with pumpkin and knead the mixture into several 1cm thick meatcakes. dip the meatcakes into cornstarch and then pan-fry it until cooked.
Ingredients: Kin Ying minced pork, Pumpkin, Sugar, Pepper, Chicken Powder, Sesame Oil, Corn starch, Salt, Oil
