[A38] Pan-fried Pork Chop with Spices (Kin Ying Pork)
Serving Portion: 2 to 3 persons
 
Method:
1. Heat oil. Pan-fry pork chops until golden brown and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
2. Saute garlic in rest of the oil. Mix in cabbage slices and water until cabbage is cooked. Put in a pinch of salt and Nanami togarashi to stir fry with pork chops. Serve.
