Serving Portion: 2 to 3 persons
Method:
1. Heat oil, add hairy gourd, half portion of garlic to stir fry. Pour in half portion of sauce mixture and cook in low heat until hairy gourd pieces are softened and sauce is reduced. Place on a plate.
2. Heat oil, stir fry pork and garlic until cooked. Mix in XO sauce and the remaining sauce mixture to stir fry. Drizzle sauce onto hairy gourd and serve.
Ingredients: Kin Ying minced pork, Hairy gourd, Garlic, XO sauce, Sugar, Pepper, Chicken Powder, Sesame Oil, Corn starch, Salt, Oil
Need ingredients: Sauce mixture: 1/2 teaspoon of oyster sauce, 1/2 teaspoon of soy sauce, 1/4 tablespoon of salt, 1/2 teaspoon of sugar, 200ml of water
