Method:
1. Heat oil and saute garlic, red chili and minced pork until minced pork is cooked.
2. Add bean sauce and mix well.
3. Stir in soaked vermicelli and shiitake mushrooms. Garnish with spring onion and serve. (May sprinkle some water if desired).
