[E99] Braised Lettuce with Mushroom and Dried Scallops
Serving Portion: 2 to 3 persons
 
Method:
1. Boil 1 liter of water, add 2 tablespoons oil and 1 teaspoon of salt, briefly blanch the lettuce leaves then transfer to a serving plate.
2. Heat a small amount of oil in a wok, add mushrooms, stir fry until fragrant, then add scallops and add Self-prepare Sauce
3. After boiling, turn to low heat and cook for about 3 minutes and kee[ stirring. Add cornstarch and bring to boil. Turn off the heat (after turning off the heat, add a small amount of sesame oil to increase the aroma), pour the sauce on the surface of the lettuce.
