[A04] Thai Sweet & Sour Pork with Fresh Mango (Kin Ying Pork)
Serving Portion: 2 to 3 persons
1. Dip pork chunks in beaten egg and coat with cornstarch. Deep-fry until cooked. (Alternatively pan-fry until golden) Remove from pan and set aside.
2. Heat oil. Saute garlic, onion, green pepper & red pepper.
3. Add pork chunks, sweet & sour sauce and soy sauce.
4. Remove from heat and add diced mangoes to serve.

Ingredients: Kin Ying Pork Collar-butt, Green pepper, Onion, Mango, Garlic, Red pepper, Thai sweet & chili sauce, Sugar, Pepper, Chicken powder, Shaoxing wine, Water, Sesame oil, Corn starch, Oil
Need ingredients: Beaten egg, Corn starch
Seasoning: 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
