Serving Portion: 2 to 3 persons
Method:
1. Blanch broccoli and cauliflower for 1 minute. Remove and set aside.
2. Heat oil and saute beef slices over high heat until meat is almost cooked through. Remove and set aside.
3. Heat oil and stir fry ginger and carrot. Mix in broccoli and cauliflower to stir well.
4. Return beef slices and pour in sauce mixture to stir and heat through.
Ingredients: Fresh beef slices, Broccoli, Cauliflower, Carrot, Ginger ,Water, Shaoxing wine, Sugar, Corn starch, Sesame oil, Soy sauce, Chicken powder
Need ingredients: Sauce mixture: 1/2 teaspoon of oyster sauce, 1/2 teaspoon of sugar, 1/2 teaspoon of soy sauce, 1 teaspoon of corn starch, 25ml of water
