[B04] Stir-fried Shredded Beef with Pineapple and Pickled Ginger

Serving Portion: 2 to 3 persons
 
Method:
1. Heat oil and sauté beef shreds until meat is almost cooked through. Remove and set aside.
2. Heat oil ad saute onion, add green pepper to stir fry.
3. Return beef shreds, add pickled ginger, pineapple slices and chopped red chili to stir fry. Pour in sauce mixture and mix well.

Ingredients: Beef shreds, Pineapple slices, Chopped Green pepper, Chopped onion, Chopped pickled ginger, Chopped Red chili ,Water, Shaoxing wine, Sugar, Corn starch, Sesame oil, Soy sauce, Chicken powder
Need ingredients: Sauce mixture: 1/2 teaspoon of oyster sauce, 1/2 teaspoon of sugar, 1/2 teaspoon of soy sauce, 1 teaspoon of corn starch, 25ml of water
