[B14] Stir-fried Shredded Beef with Preserved Vegetabless
Serving Portion: 2 to 3 persons
 
Method:
1. Heat oil, saute garlic, add beef shreds to stir fry until 70% done. Remove.
2. Heat oil, sauté green pepper, preserved vegetables and red chili to stir fry.
3. Pour in sauce mixture to stir and mix well to serve.

Ingredients: Shredded beef, Preserved Vegetables, Green pepper, Red chili, Garlic, Water, Shaoxing wine, Sugar, Corn starch, Sesame oil, Soy sauce, Chicken powder
Need ingredients: Sauce mixture: 1/2 tablespoon of oyster sauce, 1/2 teaspoon of sugar, 1/2 teaspoon of soy sauce, 1/2 teaspoon of corn starch, 25ml of water
