Serving Portion: 2 to 3 persons
1. Heat oil and pan-fry beef short ribs until cooked. Remove.
2. Heat oil and sauté garlic, add onion, green capsicum and red chili to fry.
3. Add beef short ribs to stir-fry. Pour in sauce mixture to heat through.
4. Remove from heat. Mix in honey and pineapple to serve.

Need ingredients: Sauce mixture: 1/2 teaspoon of oyster sauce, 1/2 teaspoon of sugar, 1/2 teaspoon of soy sauce, 1/2 teaspoon corn starch, 25ml of water
