Serving Portion: 2 to 3 persons
1. Heat oil and sauté garlic. Add beef slices to stir fry until 70% done. Remove.
2. Heat oil and stir fry celery and carrot until soften. Add lily bulbs and beef slices to stir well. Pour in sauce mixture and heat throught to serve.
Ingredients: Celery, Sliced Beef, Lily bulbs, Carrot, Garlic, Water, Shaoxing wine, Sugar, Corn starch, Sesame oil, Soy sauce, Chicken powder
Need ingredients: Sauce mixture: 1/2 teaspoon of oyster sauce, 1/2 teaspoon of sugar, 1/2 teaspoon of soy sauce, 1/2 teaspoon corn starch, 25ml of water
