Serving Portion: 2 to 3 persons
Method:
1. Blanch string beans for 2 minutes. Remove and aside.
2. Heat oil and pan fry beef short ribs until cooked. Remove.
3. Heat oil and sauté garlic and onion. Add string beans and stir well.
4. Pour in sauce mixture and heat through to serve.
Ingredients: Beef short ribs, String beans, Onion, Garlic, Water, Shaoxing wine, Sugar, Corn starch, Sesame oil, Soy sauce, Chicken powder
Need ingredients: Sauce mixture: 1/2 teaspoon of oyster sauce, 1/2 teaspoon of suger, 1/2 teaspoon of light soy sauce, 1/2 teaspoon of corn starch, 1/4 teaspoon of salt, 25ml of water
