Method:
1. Heat oil. Sauté shallots & ginger, add chicken and stir-fry until just done. (Sprinkle in wine if desired.)
2. Stir in spring onion, red chili, green pepper, fry well.
3. Add black bean garlic sauce (can add a little water), stir well then done.
