Method:
1. Heat oil, saute all ginger and onion, add chicken pieces at last & cook until done.
2. Sprinkle in wine and sauce mixture, mix well.

Ingredients: Kamei Chicken pieces, Oinon, Welsh onion, Dried spring onion, Garlic, Shallot, Ginger, Wine or Shaoxing wine, Suger, Corn starch, Chicken Powder, Ginger, Salt, Oyster sauce, Pepper
