[C28] Stir-fried Chicken Wing with Lemon Grass & Honey
Serving Portion: 2 to 3 persons
 
Method:
1. Heat 2 teaspoon oil, pat chicken wing with some corn starch, fry until done.
2. Stir in garlic, dried green onion, and red chili. Fry until fragrance and chicken wings golden. Add honey and 50ml water to fry until cooked. Serve.

Ingredients: Chicken wings, Honey, Garlic, Shallots, Red chili, Lemon grass, Shaoxing wine, Suger, Corn starch, Chicken Powder, Ginger, Salt, Oyster sauce, Pepper (marinate with chopped lemon grass)
