[C62] Taiwanese Stewed Kamei Chicken

Method:
1. Heat pan. Add oil to saute ginger and garlic
2. Add and fry Kamei chicken. Stir well with 3 cups of sauce. Cover and simmer over gently heat until cooked.

Ingredients: Kamei chicken, Garlic, Ginger, Shaoxing wine, Suger, Corn starch, Chicken Powder, Ginger, Salt, Oyster sauce, Pepper
Need ingredients: 3 cups of sauce: 4 tablespoons of sesame oil, 4 tablespoons of oyster sauce, 4 tablespoons of Shaoxing wine, 1.5 tablespoon of granulated sugar
