[C129] Chicken in Hot & Spicy Sauce (Kamei Chicken)
Serving Portion: 2 to 3 persons
 
Method:
1. Steam chicken for 15 minutes. Remove from heat and aside for 10 minutes (with lid on) before cooling.
2. Separate meat from chicken and arrange on a deep plate.
3. Bring to boil celery and spicy sauce. Pour along the side of the plate. Garnish with chili oil and sprinkle with sesame seeds and peanuts to serve.
