[D04] Fish Fillet with Sweet Corn & Celery Sauce

Serving Portion: 2 to 3 persons
 
Method:
1. Blanch celery and carrot slices, remove and set aside.
2. Heat oil, fry fish fillet until golden. Remove from pan and set aside.
3. Heat oil, add celery, carrot slices and corn. Fry for a while. Add corn kernel and fish fillet, stir-fry a few minutes with medium heat.
4. Add 50ml of water and sauce mixture, mix well. Put it into the pan and bring to a boil, add the egg mixture, and mix gently.

Ingredients: Fish fillet, Celery, Carrot slices, Corn kernel, Sugar, Shaoxing wine, Corn starch, Chicken powder, Salt, Sesame oil, Pepper
Need ingredients: Sauce mixture: 1/4 teaspoon of salt, 1/2 teaspoon of sugar, Pinch of black pepper, 1 egg
