[D10] Stir-fry Broccoli with Fish Fillet
Serving Portion: 2 to 3 persons
 
Method:
1. Blanch carrots & broccoli for 1 minute. Set aside.
2. Heat oil, pan-fry fish until cooked. Add ginger slices.
3. Heat oil, saute ginger, add broccoli, carrots slices and fry until soft. Add fish and mix with sauce mixture. Stir-fry until cooked and serve.

Ingredients: Broccoli, Frozen fish fillet, Carrot, Ginger, Sugar, Shaoxing wine, Corn starch, Chicken powder, Salt, Sesame oil, Pepper
Need ingredients: Sauce mixture: 1/2 teaspoon of oyster sauce, 1/2 teaspoon of sugar, 1/2 teaspoon of soy sauce, 1/2 tablespoon of corn starch, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, 50ml of water
