[D19] Clay Pot Fish Fillet with Beancurd
Serving Portion: 2 to 3 persons
1. Heat oil, stir-fry fish fillet. Remove.
2. Heat oil, saute ginger. Add bean curd sheet, oil tofu, shiitake mushrooms and 150ml of water with sauce mixture to simmer for 3 minutes over gently heat.
3. Add fish fillet, green onion and cook until sauce thickened.

Ingredients: Fish fillet, Bean curd puff, Bean curd stick, Shiitake mushrooms, Spring onion, Ginger, Sugar, Shaoxing wine, Corn starch, Chicken powder, Salt, Sesame oil, Pepper
Need ingredients: Sauce mixture: 1 teaspoon of oyster sauce, 1/2 teaspoon of soy sauce, 1/4 teaspoon of salt, 1/2 teaspoon of sugar
