[D70] Stir-fried Squid with Garlic in XO sauce
Serving Portion: 2 to 3 persons
 
Method:
1. Blanch sliced squid into boiled water. Set aside.
2. Heat oil. Saute minced ginger and garlic. Add and stir-fry with celery and carrots until soft. (Can add a little water)
3. Add sliced squid and red chili with XO sauce, stir-fry well. Mix the prepared sauce and 25ml of water, stir-fry well. Serve. (1/2 teaspoon of corn starch and 4 teaspoon of water)

Ingredients: Celery Slices, Sliced Squid, Carrot Slices, XO Sauce, Ginger Slices, Red Chili, Garlic, Sugar, Shaoxing wine, Corn starch, Chicken powder, Salt, Sesame oil, Pepper
Need ingredients: Sauce mixture: 1/2 teaspoon of sugar, 1/2 teaspoon of soy sauce, 1 teaspoon of oyster sauce, 1/4 teaspoon of salt, Splash of sesame oil
