[D77] Stir-fried Fillet with Asparagus & Mango
Serving Portion: 2 to 3 persons
 
Method:
1. Pan-fry sole fillet in hot oil until cooked. Removed.
2. Heat oil, saute garlic and stir-fry with asparagus. Pour in sauce mixture and 50ml of water. Stir-fry with sole fillet.
3. Turn off the heat. Stir-fry with sliced mango and serve.

Ingredients: Fish fillet, Asparagus, Mango, Garlic, Sugar, Shaoxing wine, Corn starch, Chicken powder, Salt, Sesame oil, Pepper
Need ingredients: Sauce mixture: 1/2 teaspoon of corn starch, 1 teaspoon of soy sauce, 1/2 teaspoon of sugar
