[D119] Pan-fried Salmon Fish Fillet with Garlic & Salt
Serving Portion: 2 to 3 persons
1. Heat oil, pan-fry salmon steak in hot oil until two sides both turned golden brown. Put on the dish. Set aside.
2. Sprinkle lemon juice (expressed lemon juice) and served with salad sauce.
