Serving Portion: 2 to 3 persons
1. Heat oil, saute ginger until fragrant, stir in mushrooms to fry.
2. Add in and stir fry Chinese cabbage.
3. Pour in sauce mixture, cover lid and cook over medium heat for 5 minutes until vegetable is soft.

Need ingredients: Sauce mixture: 1 teaspoon of oyster sauce , 1 teaspoon of soy sauce, 1/2 teaspoon sugar, 1/4 teaspoon salt, 200ml of water
