[A22] Braised Hairy Gourd with Shiitake Mushrooms & Pork Shreds
Serving Portion: 2 to 3 persons
 
Method:
1. Heat oil. Saute garlic and pork until 70% done. (pour in a splash of wine)
2. Mix in mushrooms and gourd to quick fry.
3. Pour in sauce mixture and 200ml of water. Cover with lid and simmer over medium heat until gourd softens. Add 1/2 teaspoon of corn starch and 4 teaspoon of water to mix well and heat through to serve.

Ingredients: Fresh lean pork, Hairy gourd, Shiitake mushrooms, Garlic , Sugar, Pepper, Chicken powder, Shaoxing wine, Water, Sesame oil, Corn starch, Oil
Need ingredients: Wine, Corn Starch

Sauce mixture: 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce, 1/2 teaspoon of sugar, 1/4 teaspoon of salt, 1/2 teaspoon of soy sauce, a pinch of black pepper
