Serving Portion: 2 to 3 persons
1. Heat oil. Saute dried shrimp and ginger. Stir in Chinese cabbage and preserved vegetables to fry.
2. Pour in sauce mixture and 300ml of water. Cover lid and simmer over low heat for 5 minutes.
3. Stir in vermicelli and bring to boil (add water if desired). Serve.

Need ingredients: Sauce mixture: 1/2 teaspoon of corn starch, 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce，1 tablespoon of soy sauce, splash of sesame oil
