[E45] Braised Loofah with Assorted Mushrooms in Miso Soup
Serving Portion: 2 to 3 persons
1. Heat oil and saute onion and assorted mushrooms. (May sprinkle some shaoxing wine)
2. Add loofah, cloud ear fungus, miso paste, 200ml of water and bring to boil. Simmer over low heat until loofah is soft. Drizzle pepper and serve.

Ingredients: Loofah, Shiitake mushrooms, Onion, Oyster mushrooms, Cloud ear fungus, Japanese white miso paste
Need ingredients: Seasoning: splash of shaoxing wine, pinch of pepper
