[A25] Pan-fried Pork Patties with Lotus Root and Dried Shrimp (Kin Ying Pork)
Serving Portion: 2 to 3 persons
1. Divide fritter mixture into 5-6 portions. Lightly shape mixture into patties and press onto a heated pan with oil. Fry until golden brown. Garnish with spring Onion.
2. Alternatively, fritters can also be shallow-fried.
