[E51] Stir-fried Assorted Mushrooms with Bean Curd Sheet and Wolfberries
Serving Portion: 2 to 3 persons
 
Method:
1. Heat oil. Saute garlic. Stir-fry oyster mushrooms and shiitake mushrooms until soft.
2. Stir in wolfberries, bean curd sheet and enoki mushrooms. Pour in sauce mixture, 150ml of water and bring to boil. Cook over gentle heat for 7 - 8 minutes.

Ingredients: Shiitake mushrooms, Bean curd sheet, Oyster mushrooms, Enoki mushrooms, Wolfberries, Garlic
Need ingredients: Sauce mixture: 1 teaspoon of oyster sauce, 1 teaspoon of soy sauce, 1/2 teaspoon of sugar, 1/4 teaspoon of salt, splash of sesame oil
