[E76] Stir-fried Vegetarian Abalone with Courgette
Serving Portion: 2 to 3 persons
 
Method:
1. Heat oil and saute garlic. Stir in onion, carrot and courgette and fry until soft.
2. Pour in 100ml of water and bring to boil. Stir in cloud ear fungus and vegetarian abalone until soft. Pour in sauce mixture and boil. Mix in 1/2 teaspoon of corn starch and 4 teaspoon of water until sauce is reduced.

Ingredients: Courgette, Vegetarian Abalone, Onion, Cloud ear fungus, Garlic, Carrot
Need ingredients: Sauce mixture: 1 teaspoon of oyster sauce, 1 teaspoon of soy sauce, 1/2 teaspoon of sugar, 1/4 teaspoon of salt
