[F05] Pork with Green Radish and Carrot Soup
Serving Portion: 4 persons
 
Method:
1. Blanch pork and remove.
2. Bring 4L of water to boil. Put all ingredients in, simmer over low heat for 2 to 2.5 hrs. Season with 1/2 teaspoon salt and serve.

Ingredients: Shin of pork, Green radish, Carrot, Chinese almond, Date, Ginger
