[F08] Pork with Swow Pear and Dried Fig Soup

Method:
1. Blanch pork.
2. Peel & core the snow pear, quartered.
3. Bring 4L of water to boil, put all the ingredients in.
4. Bring to boil again, simmer for 2-2.5 hour, season with salt.
